Warranty & Returns Policy
Manufacturer Warranty
All products include a standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers all parts and labour for defects during the specified period.
Warranty Claims & Returns
If your product becomes faulty within the warranty period, please return it to our store. To process your claim, you must provide:
Proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice).
  • All original accessories and items are included at the time of purchase.
  • Original packaging (highly recommended for safe transport).
  • Exclusions
Please note that the following are not covered under warranty:
General wear and tear or physical abuse of the equipment.
  • Blown speakers.
  • Freight costs: The cost of shipping the item to the repairer or manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, if you decide you no longer need the item, or if you find the product at a lower price elsewhere.
