Refund​​​​​​​

- We accept refund for Change of Mind within 30 days and Faulty or Damaged item when Out Of Stock

- After returned item received, the refund process will be started.

- It will take 3 -5 working day to complete the refund process.

- If missing accessories or part in return, we might deduct amount of refund.

- For Faulty / Damaged item, we will send a replacement. 

- If we don't have stock to send replacement, we will process refund.

Payment: 

- We accept Paypal payment & any credit card through Paypal.

- Bank Tranfer is also available. Please leave your Ebay ID as prerefence. Missing or incorrect preference might lead to late shipment.

Shipping: 

- We DO ship to PO Box and Parcel Locker address. 

- We offer FREE shipping on our item from Melbourne warehouse. 

- Your order will be dispatched same business day of receiving payment by 12pm. (Monday-Friday).

- Don't forget your mobile phone number, the driver might need to contact you.

-Change shipping information after dispach might incur extra charge.

- Delivery will happen from 9am to 5pm (Monday - Friday)

- In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Change of mind & Wrong purchase item

Order can be cancel with full refund if the order hasn't been send out from our Melbourne Warehouse. 

Otherwise, we offers 7 days Change-of-mind shopping experience. If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and product matches the description, and is free from manufacturing defects or faults, products must return to us in original conditions for a full refund.

Postage fee is not refundable by us. Please note customers may need to pay for the return cost. We do not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsalable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults. 

Defects, faults or wrong item

If the products were defeced or you have received the wrong products.Please contact us before leaving feedback, we are happy to help you and resolve any issues you may have. Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.

Q: Dose this box can be used with any TV or only smart TV

A: This Box can be used on any TV as long as the box has access to the internet. Most people run the supplied HDMI cable to their home theatre which is connected by HDMI to their TV. If not going to through the home theatre you can connect it through HDMI to your TV.

Q: Why is there no power to my Android Box?

A: The adaptor might be faulty. We will send a new adaptor. If it still not working, we might need to organise a return pick up.

Our recommendation: Don't panic. send message to us on eBay and normally the box is fine. We will send a new adaptor.

Q: Why is the system so slow? too much freezing and slagging

A1: There might be too much apps/ program has been install in the box. Then you need to run Fatory Reset. Please keep going further down to learn "How to run Factory Reset''

A2: An incompatible apps/programs has been installed. Then you need to run Fatory Reset. We also recommend you only install the apps in apps list.

Q: How to run Factory Reset

A: When you on the main manual, click setting. then go to factory reset. Wait for around 10 mins untile the main manual show to your screen again. Now connect to the internet and wait for around 15mins to try your tv box again.
